September 30, 2021
The Land Information Council met on Thursday, September 30, 2021, at 3:00 p.m. via Zoom.
Members present: Lynda Schweikert, Andrea Noethe, Tammy Hampton, Nathan Tranel, Tonya White,
Steve Braun, Shane Drinkwater, Robert Keeney and Chris Johll.
The meeting was called to order at 3:00 p.m. Tonya White verified that the meeting was in compliance
with the open meeting law, posted at the Administration Building, Courthouse and on the county
website.
Agenda: Steve Braun, second by Robert Keeney made a motion to approve the agenda. Motion carried
by voice vote.
Minutes: Robert Keeney, second by Tammy Hampton made a motion to approve the minutes from the
September 9, 2021 meeting. Motion carried by voice vote.
2022-2024 County Land Information Plan Draft Review: The Plan needs to be submitted to the State by
the end of the day. It will then be forward to three other Counties for review. There have been a few
minor changes to the plan. Lynda did change the diagram as suggested at the previous meeting. The
cost estimates should be changed in the plan after the demonstration. Shane Drinkwater, second by
Robert Keeney made a motion to send the 2022-2024 County Land Information Draft Plan to the State.
Motion carried by voice vote.
Lynda would like everyone to review Waupaca County’s Plan before the next meeting on October 27,
2021. At that time the Council will review Waupaca’s Plan.
Adjournment: Steve Braun, second by Chris Johll made a motion to adjourn until October 27, 2021.
Motion carried by voice vote.
