December 29, 2021
The Land Information Council met on Wednesday, December 29, 2021, at 9:00 a.m. at the
Administration Building, 111 S. Jefferson Street, Lancaster, WI, Room 264, Second Floor.
Members present in the room: Robert Keeney, Tammy Hampton, Tonya White, Andrea Noethe, Shane
Drinkwater, Joyce Roling and Lynda Schweikert.
Members present on Zoom: Steve Braun
The meeting was called to order at 9:00 a.m. Tonya White verified that the meeting was in compliance
with the open meeting law, posted at the Administration Building, Courthouse and website.
Agenda: Andrea Noethe, second by Robert Keeney made a motion to approve the agenda. Motion
carried by voice vote.
Minutes: Robert Keeney, second by Andrea Noethe made a motion to approve the minutes from the
November 24, 2021 meeting. Motion carried by voice vote.
Land Information Budget Report: Andrea Noethe advised there is no change to the budget from last
month.
Discussion on 2022 Meeting Dates: When the Council was working on the plan, it was decided that the
Council would meet monthly until the plan was complete. At the next meeting there will need to be an
election for a new Land Information Officer. Lynda Schweikert has accepted a position in another
county. It was determined that the next meeting would take place January 27, 2022 at 9:00 a.m.
Discussion on WLIP Grant Reimbursement and Extension: Lynda Schweikert has spoken with Peter
regarding the reimbursement. The next step is to respond to Peter via email that the funds have been
exhausted.
Discussion on Fire Number Lean Process: Lynda Schweikert will start the lean process. Lynda and Joyce
will work on finding a moderator for the project. Brad and Justin will be able to assist in the process in
Lynda’s absence.
Department Reports: Each department present gave an update.
Adjournment: Tonya White, second by Shane Drinkwater made a motion to adjourn until January 27,
2022 at 9:00 a.m. Motion carried by voice vote.
