January 13, 2022
The Land Information Council met on Thursday, January 13, 2022, at 1:00 p.m. at the Administration
Building, 111 S. Jefferson Street, Lancaster, WI, Room 264, Second Floor.
Members present in the room: Tammy Hampton, Tonya White, Andrea Noethe, Lynda Schweikert,
Carrie Eastlick, Robert Keeney, Nathan Tranel and Shane Drinkwater.
Members present on Zoom: Steve Braun
The meeting was called to order at 1:00 p.m. Tonya White verified that the meeting was in compliance
with the open meeting law, posted at the Administration Building, Courthouse and website.
Agenda: Tammy Hampton, second by Shane Drinkwater made a motion to approve the agenda. Motion
carried by voice vote.
Minutes: Andrea Noethe, second by Robert Keeney made a motion to approve the minutes from the
December 29, 2021 meeting. Motion carried by voice vote.
Discussion and possible action regarding GIS Specialist Job Description and Position: There was
discussion on how to proceed with the GIS position. Nathan will have step by step instructions for the
new GIS Specialist. In the interim, IT will learn from Nathan some of the daily maintenance that needs to
be done but will not be doing any updates. It was determined after discussion that the Council will make
a decision on the GIS position after the close of applications.
Discussion and Possible Action regarding election of new Land Information Officer: Carrie Eastlick,
second by Steve Braun nominated Robert Keeney for Land Information Officer. Motion carried by voice
vote.
Adjournment: Carrie Eastlick, second by Andrea Noethe made a motion to adjourn to the call of the
Land Information Officer.
