The Land Information Council met on Thursday, August 24, 2023 at 1:30 p.m. in the County Board Room
264 of the Administration Building, 111 S. Jefferson St., Lancaster, WI.
Members present: Tiffany Ehlen, Tammy Hampton, Carrie Eastlick, Andrea Noethe, Tonya White, Shane
Drinkwater, Chris Johll, Erik Heagle and Robert Keeney. Others present: Jaclyn.
The meeting was called to order at 1:32 p.m. Tonya White verified that the meeting was in compliance
with the open meeting law, posted in the Courthouse, Administration Building and on the website.
Agenda: Erik Heagle, second by Tiffany Ehlen made a motion to approve the agenda. Motion carried by
voice vote.
Minutes: Andrea Noethe, second by Carrie Eastlick made a motion to approve the minutes from the
June 15, 2023 meeting. Motion carried by voice vote.
Discussion and Possible action on 2024 Land Information Budget: Tiffany Ehlen began the discussion on
the budget. ESRI has increased software maintenance by $850 for next year. Robert Keeney would like
to see a more detailed and functional budget. Andrea Noethe, second by Erik Heagle made a motion to
approve the draft 2024 budget. Motion carried by voice vote.
Update ESRI Software Licensing Annual Maintenance: Tiffany Ehlen explained to the Council that ESRI
has increased the cost of the software maintenance. Tiffany would like to switch from ESRI desktop to
GIS Professional. Tiffany also gave an updated timeline on Pro West.
Adjournment: Erik Heagle, second by Tiffany Ehlen made a motion to adjourn. Motion carried by voice
vote.
