a. Discussion on potential policy updates related to the sick leave liability fund
b. Staffing updates
7. Discussion and possible action on the 2026 SWWRPC Budget
8. Director Evaluation: Consider Closed Session, under Wis. Stat S. 19.85 (1) c, “considering
employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public
employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility,”
i.e., the annual evaluation and employment contract/salary of the executive director.
