Committee Meeting Minutes
April 15, 2014
Chairperson Robert Keeney called the meeting to order at 9:45 a.m. Chairman Keeney
noted a quorum was present and certified the meeting was in compliance with the Open
Meetings Law. Committee Members present were Vincent Loeffelholz, Gary Ranum,
Patrick Schroeder, and Donald Splinter. Patrick Schroeder listened to the proceedings
via telephone. Other Grant County staff members attending the meeting were Larry
Wolf and Carol Schwartz.
Donald Splinter made the motion seconded by Gary Ranum to approve the amended
existing agenda. Motion carried, voice vote.
Gary Ranum made the motion seconded by Patrick Schroeder to create a
subcommittee comprised of the current committee members an d the current County
Board Chairman to provide a recommendation to the new committee on the selection of
a new administrator. Motion carried, voice vote.
Chairman Keeney set Tuesday, April 22, 2014 at 11:45 a.m at the Orchard Manor
Board Room as the next special meeting date.
Patrick Schroeder made the motion seconded by Vincent Loeffelholz to adjourn the
meeting at 9:55 a.m. Motion carried, voice vote.
