A. Chairperson’s report.
B. Maintenance Supervisor’s report.

Update on facility issues.
Staffing update.
LEAN efficiencies update.
Future training costs.
E. Orchard Manor vouchers and financial report.
F. Closed session per state statute 19.85 (1) (c) in considering
employment, promotion, compensation or performance
evaluation data of any public employee over which the
governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility,
specifically as it relates to the performance evaluation of the
Administrator.
G. Return to open session.
