The Orchard Manor – Farm Committee will hold a meeting on Wednesday, January 8,
2020 at 9:00 a.m. in the Boardroom at Orchard Manor. The committee will give
consideration to and/or take action on the following items:
Agenda: 1. Call to order at 9:00 a.m.
2. Establish a quorum.
3. Certification of compliance with the Open Meetings Law.
4. Approval of agenda.
5. Approval of the minutes.
6. Farm business.
A. Closed session per statute 19.85 (1)(e) Deliberating or
negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing
of public funds, or conducting other specified public
business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons
require a closed session, Farm Rental contract
addendum/extension.
B. Return to Open Session
C. Action, if any, on Farm Rental Contract addendum/extension
D. Farm vouchers and financial report.
