November 12, 2014
A special meeting of the Grant County Highway Committee was held on Wednesday,
November 12, 2014 in room 201 of the Grant County Administration Building in
Lancaster, Wisconsin. Chairman Donald Splinter called the meeting to order at
9:00 A.M..
Members present besides the Chairman were John Patcle, Mark Stead, Grant Loy,
Vern Lewison, and Highway Commissioner David Lambert. Also present was County
Board Supervisor Dwight Nelson.
Notice of the meeting was sent to the newspaper and radio station and the
agenda was posted at the Administration Building and Highway Office.
Grant Loy, seconded by Vern Lewison, moved to approve the agenda and amend the
first Resolution line to read: Resolution for the Proposed 2015 Highway Department
Budget Aka County Construction and Maintenance During The Calendar Year 2015.
Motion carried by majority vote. Mark Stead voted no.
Vern Lewison, seconded by Donald Splinter, moved to approve and sign the
Resolution: County Construction And Maintenance During The Calendar Year 2015.
Motion carried.
John Patcle, seconded by Grant Loy, moved to approve and sign the Resolution:
County Aid Construction Under Section 83.14 Of The Statutes - Towns. Motion
carried.
Vern Lewison, seconded by John Patcle, moved to approve and sign the
Resolution: County Aid Construction Under Section 83.14 Of The Statutes - Villages.
Motion carried.
Donald Splinter, seconded by Vern Lewison, moved to approve and sign the
Resolution: County Road Aid For The Cities. Motion carried.
Grant Loy, seconded by John Patcle, moved to approve and sign the Resolution:
County Aid Bridge Construction Under Section 82.08 Of The Wisconsin State Statutes
- County Of Grant. Motion carried.
Mark Stead, seconded by Grant Loy, moved to adjourn at 9:16 A.M. to Thursday,
November 13, 2014 at 9:00 A.M.. Motion carried.
