November 8, 2016
A special meeting of the Grant County Highway Committee was held on Tuesday,
November 8, 2016 at 11:30 A.M. in room 266 on the 2nd floor of the Grant County
Administration Building in Lancaster, Wisconsin.
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Donald Splinter. Other members
present were John Patcle, Mark Stead, Grant Loy, and Highway Commissioner David
Lambert. Lester Jantzen asked to be excused. Also present was County Board
Chairman Robert Keeney.
Notice of the meeting was sent to the newspaper and radio station and the
agenda was posted at the Administration Building and Highway Office.
John Patcle, seconded by Grant Loy, moved to approve the agenda as printed.
Motion carried.
Motion by Mark Stead, seconded by John Patcle, to approve and sign the
following Resolutions for 2017:
County Aid Bridge Construction Under Section 82.08 Of The Wisconsin State
Statutes - County of Grant.
County Construction And Maintenance During The Calendar Year 2017.
County Aid Construction Under Section 83.14 Of The Statutes County Of
Grant - Towns.
County Aid Construction Under Section 83.14 Of The Statutes County Of
Grant - Villages.
Resolution Regarding County Road Aid For The Cities - County of Grant.
Motion carried.
Motion by Mark Stead, seconded by John Patcle, to adjourn at 11:33 A.M. to
Thursday, November 10, 2016 at 9:00 A.M.. Motion carried.
