August 22, 2018
A special meeting of the Highway Committee of the Grant County Board of
Supervisors was held on Wednesday, August 22, 2018 at 1:00 P.M. in Room 266 of
the Grant County Administration Building in Lancaster, Wisconsin.
Members present were Donald Splinter, Lester Jantzen, Dwight Nelson, John
Patcle, Mark Stead, and Highway Commissioner David Lambert. Also present was
County Board Chairman Robert Keeney and Personnel Director Joyce Roling.
Notice of the meeting was sent to the media and the agenda was posted at
the Administration Building, Highway Office, and County Web -Site.
Motion by Lester Jantzen, seconded by Dwight Nelson, to approve the agenda
as printed. Motion carried.
Motion by Dwight Nelson, seconded by Lester Jantzen, to enter into closed
session per State Statute 19.85 (1)(c) considering employment, promotion, compensation
or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental
body has jurisdiciton or exercises responsibility. A roll call vote was taken
with Splinter, Jantzen, Nelson, Patcle, and Stead all voting yes. Motion carried.
Motion by Mark Stead, seconded by Donald Splinter, to come out of closed
session and return to open session. Motion carried.
Motion by Mark Stead, seconded by Donald Splinter, to adjourn at 2:14 P.M..
Motion carried.
