November 12, 2019
A special meeting of the Highway Committee of the Grant County Board of
Supervisors was held on Tuesday, November 12, 2019 in room 266 of the Grant County
Administration Building in Lancaster, Wisconsin.
Vice Chairman Donald Splinter called the meeting to order at 7:45 ABM..
Other members present were Mark Stead, Dwight Nelson, Lester Jantzen, and Highway
Commissioner David Lambert. John Patcle was excused. Also present was County
Board Chairman Robert Keeney, Brad Viegut, Jack Johnson, and Mike Lieurance.
Notice of the meeting was sent to the media and the agenda was posted at the
Administration Building and Highway Office.
Motion by Dwight Nelson, seconded by Lester Jantzen, to approve the agenda
as printed. Motion carried.
Motion by Mark Stead, seconded by Lester Jantzen, to approve and sign the
following Resolutions for 2020:
County Construction And Maintenance During The Calendar Year 2020.
County Aid Bridge Construction Under Section 82.08 Of The Wisconsin State
Statutes - County of Grant.
County Aid Construction Under Section 83.14 Of The Statutes County of
Grant - Towns.
County Aid Construction Under Section 83.14 Of The Statutes County of
Grant Villages.
Resolution Regarding County Road Aid For The Cities - County of Grant.
Motion carried.
Motion by Mark Stead, seconded by Lester Jantzen, to adjourn at 7:47 A.M..
Motion carried.
