Grant County has deemed this meeting an essential government function and is therefore exempt from the Safer at Home order from Governor Evers. This meeting will also be available via a Zoom Meeting. Consideration will be given and/or action taken on any or all of the following items: Agenda:  Call to Order  Certification of Compliance with The Open Meeting Law  Adoption of Agenda  Approval of Minutes –April 9th  Review/Approve Vouchers  Status of Requisitions  Closed Session per State Statute: a) 19.85 (l) (c) considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility as it relates to the performance evaluation of the Highway Commissioner. *** Please note that the closed session listed will be on a different secured Zoom account line. It will not be on the general Zoom account line where the remainder of the meeting will be.
