January 21, 2020
The Highway Committee of the Grant County Board Of Supervisors met on Tuesday,
January 21, 2020 in room 266 of the Grant County Administration Building in
Lancaster, Wisconsin.

Vice Chairman Donald Splinter called the meeting to order at 8:45 A.M..
Other members present were Dwight Nelson, Mark Stead, tester Jantzen, and Highway
Commissioner David Lambert. John Patcle arrived after the meeting had started.
Also present was County Board Chairman Robert Keeney, Personnel Director Joyce
Roling, ADRC Director Lori Reid, and Donna Bohnenkamp.
Notice of the meeting was sent to the media and the agenda was posted at the
Adminstration Building and Highway Office.
Motion by Dwight Nelson, seconded by Lester Jantzen, to approve the agenda as
printed. Motion carried.
Motion by Donald Splinter, seconded by Lester Jantzen, to approve a request
to increase the start rate for the Accounting Assistant to step 3 at $17.88 per
hour and forward the request on to the Executive Committee for approval. Motion
carried by majority vote. Mark Stead voted no.
Motion by Mark Stead, seconded by Dwight Nelson, to adjourn at 8:52 A.M..
Motion carried.
