We will not be using Zoom. Consideration will be given and/or action taken on any or all of the following items: Agenda:  Call to Order  Certification of Compliance with The Open Meeting Law  Adoption of Agenda  Closed session per state statue 19.85 (l) (c) considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility to conduct employment Interviews-Highway Commissioner Interviews.  Reconvene into Open Session  Discuss and /or Action on closed session items.   Adjourn
