November 15, 2022
The Highway Committee met on Tuesday November 15, 2022 at 9:30 a.m. in room 266, 2nd
floor of the Administration Building in Lancaster.
The meeting was called to order by Chair Donald Splinter. Roll call was taken. Members
present: Roger Guthrie, Diane Nelson, Gary Northouse, Pat Schroeder, and Donald
Splinter. Others present were Bob Keeney, Jon Knautz and Porter Wagner.
Notice of the meeting was sent to the Herald Independent, Administration Building, posted
at the Highway Department and on the Grant County web site.
Pat Schroeder, seconded by Diane Nelson, made a motion to approve the agenda. Motion
carried without a negative vote.
Gary Northouse, seconded by Roger Guthrie, made a motion to approve and sign the 2023
County Bridge Aide Resolution, 2023 County Construction and Maintenance Resolution,
and the 2023 County Road Aid Resolutions for Towns, Villages, and Cities. Motion carried
without a negative vote.
Meeting was adjourned to Novemberl7, 2022, at 9:00 a.m. at the Highway Department in
Lancaster.
