June 18, 2024
The Highway Committee met on Tuesday June 18, 2024 at 8:45 a.m. at the Administration
Building in Lancaster, WI 53821.
The meeting was called to order by Chair Gary Northouse. Other members present were,
Lester Jantzen, Pat Schroeder and Roger Guthrie. Others present were Bob Keeney, and
Jon Knautz.
Notice of the meeting was sent to the Herald Independent, Administration Building, posted
at the Highway Department and on the Grant County web site.
Roger Guthrie, seconded by Pat Schroeder, moved to approve the agenda as printed.
Motion carried without a negative vote.
Roger Guthrie, seconded by Pat Schroeder, moved to transfer FAS funds to cover out of
budget spending for the property purchase. Motion carried without a negative vote.
Lester Jantzen, seconded by Gary Northouse, moved to adjourn to Thursday June 20,
2024. Motion Carried without a negative vote.
