Highway Department, 1011 North Adams Street, Lancaster, WI. In addition, the meeting will be

CTH “D” project to Team Engineering.
Discuss and possible action on awarding the Design Contract for the CTH “O” project
to MSA Professional Services.
Discuss and possible action on the acceptance of the CTH A (West of Lancaster)
project which will come out of the FAS account.
Commissioner Report:
Facilities-Discuss and possible action to accept the offer from Bloomington Township
for the Highway Department Bloomington Shop.
Convene to closed session pursuant to Wis. Stat. sec 19.85(1)(c) considering
employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public
employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises
responsibility as it relates to the State Supervisor position.
