2nd AMENDED EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE AGENDA
The Executive Committee of the Grant County Board of Supervisors will meet on Thursday,
February 22, at 1:00 p.m. a.m. in conference room 266 in the Administration Building, 111 S.
Jefferson St., Lancaster, WI 53813
Consideration will be given and/or action taken on any or all of the following items:
1. Call to order
2. Certification of compliance with open meeting law
3. Roll Call
4. Approval of agenda
5. Highway Department request to modify Shop Lead Worker position description and replace another shop vacancy with a Parts and Inventory Technician. Fiscal impact: Cost neutral
6. Closed session per state statute19.85(1)(c) considering employment, promotion,
compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the
governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility as it relates to the Finance
Director / County Auditor interviews.
7. Return to Open Session
8. Action on closed session items, if any.
9. Adjournment
