EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE
May 17, 2011
The Executive Committee of the Grant County Board of Supervisors met on Tuesday,
May 17, 2011 at 5:30 p.m. in Room 266 of the Administration Building, Lancaster, WI.
The meeting was called to order by Chair Robert Keeney. Other members present were Larry
Wolf, John Patcle, Mark Stead, Stephen Adrian, Patrick Schroeder, and Ivan Farness. Therefore
a quorum was present.
The agenda was posted in the Administration Building, Courthouse, and on the Grant County
website.
Mark Stead, seconded by Ivan Farness, moved to approve the agenda as posted. Motion carried
without negative vote.
Brad Viegut from Robert W. Baird reviewed the proposed refunding for the State Trust Fund
Loan. Mark Stead, seconded by Stephen Adrian, moved to recommend approval by the County
Board of the “Resolution Authorizing the Issuance and Sale of $2,225,000 Taxable General
Obligation Refunding Bonds.” Motion carried without negative vote.
Mark Stead, seconded by Larry Wolf, moved to adjourn. Motion carried without negative vote.
