EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE AGENDA
The Executive Committee of the Grant County Board of Supervisors will meet Tuesday,
October 9, 2012 at 9:00 a.m. in conference room 266 in the Grant County Administration Building,
Lancaster, Wisconsin.
Consideration will be given and/or action taken on any or all of the following items:
1. Call to order
2. Certification of compliance with open meeting law
3. Approval of Agenda
4. Approval of Minutes of:
a. September 11, 2012

5. Finance Segment – Nancy Scott
a. Treasurer’s Report – Louise Ketterer
b. 2013 Budget
(All department heads should plan to be available for questions.)
c. Revenue/Expense Report

6. Employee Relations Segment – Joyce Roling
a. Sheriff’s Department request to abolish 911 coordinator position and create a
Communications Supervisor.
b. HRA Policy change discussion for non-WRS contributing employees
c. Electronic copies of Department Performance Evaluations
d. Staffing Update
e. Transition Team Report– John Patcle
f. Director’s Report
7. Closed session per state statute 19.85 (1) (e) deliberating or negotiating the public properties,
the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever
competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session as it relates to WPPA Deputy Union
contract negotiations.
8. Return to open session
