The Executive Committee of the Grant County Board of Supervisors will meet Tuesday,
November 13, 2012 at noon in conference room 266 in the Grant County Administration Building,
Lancaster, Wisconsin.
Consideration will be given and/or action taken on any or all of the following items:

6. Employee Relations Segment – Joyce Roling
a. Highway Department request to abolish a Section Patrol Worker position and
replace with an Operator I position. Approved at Highway Committee. Fiscal
impact - None
b. Sheriff’s Department request: Temporary pay to Drug Task Force Secretary for 2
months from $12.48/hour to $16.00/hour.
c. HRA Policy change for non-WRS contributing employees – Action item

7. Closed session per state statute 19.85 (1) (c) considering employment, promotion,
compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the
governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility and (e) deliberating or
negotiating the public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified
public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session as it
relates to, Act 10, compensation, and union contract negotiations.
