EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE AGENDA
The Executive Committee of the Grant County Board of Supervisors will meet Tuesday, February
12, 2013 at 9:00 a.m. in conference room 266 in the Grant County Administration Building,
Lancaster, Wisconsin.
Consideration will be given and/or action taken on any or all of the following items:
1. Call to order
2. Certification of compliance with open meeting law
3. Approval of Agenda
4. Approval of Minutes

5. Finance Segment – Nancy Scott
a. Treasurer’s Report – Louise Ketterer
b. Revenue/Expense Report
c. Director’s Report
6. Employee Relations Segment – Joyce Roling
a. Policy Revision – Promoted or Transferred Employee
b. Staffing Update
c. Transition Team Report – John Patcle
d. Director’s Report
e. Closed session per state statute 19.85 (1) (c) considering employment, promotion,
compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which
the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility as it relates to
the performance evaluation of the Child Support Administrator, and (e)
deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of
public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive
or bargaining reasons require a closed session as it relates to union contract
negotiations.
