Home My WebLink AboutExecutive Minutes 2013 06 181 EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE June 18, 2013 The Executive Committee of the Grant County Board of Supervisors met on Tuesday, June 18, 2013, at 5:45 p.m. in Room 266 of the Administration Building, Lancaster, WI. The meeting was called to order by committee chair John Beinborn. Other committee members present were John Patcle, Mark Stead, Donald Splinter, Robert Keeney, Larry Wolf and Robert Scallon. Therefore a quorum was present. Joyce Roling and Jeff Anderson were in attendance as well. Joyce Roling stated the meeting was in compliance with open meeting law by being duly posted with the local media, county website, and posted in the courthouse and administration building. Mark Stead, seconded by Larry Wolf, moved to approve the agenda. Motion carried without negative vote. Donna Haines and Joyce Roling presented the Orchard Manor request. Mark Stead, seconded by Larry Wolf, moved to eliminate the Resident Coordinator position at Orchard Manor. Motion carried without negative vote. Don Splinter, seconded by Robert Keeney, moved to approve the creation of the Administrative Assistant I position. Motion Carried without negative vote. Mark Stead, seconded by Robert Scallon, moved to adjourn. Motion carried without negative vote.
