The Executive Committee of the Grant County Board of Supervisors will meet Tuesday, July 14,
2015 at 9:00 a.m. in room 266 in the Grant County Administration Building, Lancaster, Wisconsin
Consideration will be given and/or action taken on any or all of the following items:
1. Call to order
2. Certification of compliance with open meeting law
3. Approval of agenda
4. Approval of minutes of June 16, 2015
5. Finance Segment – Nancy Scott
a. Treasurer’s Report – Louise Ketterer
b. Revenue/Expense Report
c. Director’s Report
6. Employee Relations Segment – Joyce Roling
a. Staffing Update
b. Create a full time IT Technician effective January 1, 2016 – IT Department
o Fiscal Impact: $59,000
c. Eliminate vacant full time Assistant Dietary Supervisor position and replace it with a
Head Cook. – Orchard Manor
o Fiscal Impact: Savings of $7,771 to $10,678
d. Eliminate Baker positions and replace with Dietary Aides. Freeze existing employees
wage until Dietary Aide wage catches up – Orchard Manor
e. Health Insurance opt out/waiver discussion
f. Policy revisions/additions
Health Insurance Non-duplication Policy
Vacation Carry Over
Travel/Expense Reimbursement Policy
