The Executive Committee of the Grant County Board of Supervisors will meet Tuesday, June 16,
2015 at 2:00 p.m. in room 266 in the Grant County Administration Building, Lancaster, Wisconsin

a. Staffing Update
b. Eliminate Transportation Coordinator and create a 20 hour per week Administrative
Assistant II position effective immediately - ADRC
Fiscal impact: savings of $24,188 to $38,724.
c. Place social worker (JK) pay rate to 2 yr. step on anniversary date and place SSS (HS) pay
rate to 2 year step on anniversary date instead of August date as scheduled with pay
plan implementation - Social Services

1) Veterans Service Office – Reallocate Veterans Service Officer from C7 to E2
effective 10/1/15.
