EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE AGENDA
The Executive Committee of the Grant County Board of Supervisors will meet Tuesday,
October 11, 2016 at 9:00 a.m. in room 266 in the Grant County Administration Building, Lancaster,
Wisconsin
Consideration will be given and/or action taken on any or all of the following items:
1. Call to order
2. Certification of compliance with open meeting law

4. Approval of minutes of:

b. September 20, 2016 – Joint Meeting with Administrative Committee

a. Treasurer’s Report – Louise Ketterer
b. Discussion and possible action regarding offers on tax deed properties:
1) Parcel #151-00273-0000, 400 Main Street, Village of Montfort. Appraised at
$35,000, Delinquent taxes $6930.64.
c. Consider using Wisconsin Surplus Online Auction for Tax Deed properties that Grant
County has advertised and not sold.
