The Executive Committee of the Grant County Board of Supervisors will meet Tuesday,
November 8, 2016 at 9:00 a.m. in room 266 in the Grant County Administration Building,

6. Employee Relations Segment – Joyce Roling
a. Staffing update
b. District Attorney request to fill a Legal Assistant position which will be vacant due to a
retirement
c. Child Support request to hire replacement for retiring Investigator position to include
six weeks overlap for training effective January 3, 2017
o Budgeted county cost: $2,931
d. Health Department request to increase 32 hour Nurse position up to 40 hours per
week, effective immediately
o Fiscal impact $13,508
e. Highway Department request to pay retired highway employees, who return for LTE
summer crew work, at the wage schedule start rate of General Laborer/Section Patrol
Worker, effective immediately:
o Fiscal impact: $13.04 to $17.00 per hour at current rate
f. Orchard Manor request to start new Facilities Maintenance Supervisor at Step 1,
$19.46, instead of start rate of $19.00, effective October 31, 2016
o Fiscal Impact - 2016: $ 190
o Fiscal Impact – 2017: $1,081
g. Resolution: Establishing Non-represented Wages for 2017
o Fiscal impact: $176,000
h. Resolution Establish Grant County Board Chair Salary for 2017
o Fiscal impact: $513
