ADMINISTRATIVE / EXECUTIVE JOINT COMMITTEE AGENDA
The Administrative and Executive Committees of the Grant County Board of Supervisors will meet jointly
on Tuesday September 20, 2016 at 1:00p.m. in Room 264 in the Administration Building, Lancaster, WI,
pursuant to direction from the County Board meeting held on August 16, 2016.
Consideration will be given and/or action taken on any or all of the following items:
1. Call to Order
2. Certification of compliance with the open meeting law
3. Approval of Agenda
4. Approval of Minutes of the August 9, 2016 Administrative Committee meeting
5. Jail/Sheriff’s Department/Social Services/ADRC Building
a) Review of Schematic Design site plan, floorplans and exterior design by Potter Lawson
b) Review cost estimate by The Samuels Group
c) Review of Development Proposal for Social Services and ADRC by D & D Developers
d) Possible Financing by Baird
e) Discussion on possible options i.e. locations, remodel, timeframes
6. City Sewer Extension
7. Recommendations to the County Board
a) Possible approval to proceed to Design Development
b) Possible approval of Development Services Proposal
c) Direction to work with City of Lancaster on sewer line extension
d) Bonding
8. Adjournment
There may be a quorum of the Grant County Board of Supervisors in attendance at this meeting, but
NO action will be taken by that Board at this meeting.
