The Executive Committee of the Grant County Board of Supervisors will meet Monday,
July 10, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. in room 266 in the Grant County Administration Building, Lancaster,
Wisconsin
Consideration will be given and/or action taken on any or all of the following items:

2. Certification of compliance with open meeting law
3. Approval of agenda
4. Approval of minutes of June 13, 2017

a. Treasurer’s Report – Carrie Eastlick
b. Discussion and possible action regarding financing of building project
c. Revenue/Expense Report
d. Finance Director’s Report
6. Employee Relations Segment
a) Staffing Report
b) Child Support request to fill vacant Administrative Assistant II position
c) Compensation study update
d) Personnel Director’s /LEAN Report
7. Closed Session per state statute 19.85(1)(e) deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of
public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business,
whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session as it relates to WPPA
contract negotiations.
8. Reconvene into open session
