Call to order 2. Certification of compliance with open meeting law 3. Approval of agenda 4. Approval of minutes of February 14, 2017 5. Resolution to Create the Grant County Criminal Justice Coordinating Council 6. Finance Segment – Nancy Scott a. Treasurer’s Report – Louise Ketterer b. Discussion and possible action regarding offer on tax deed property at 104 N. Prospect Street, Village of Montfort c. Request to use unbudgeted funds from NRCS TecPro carryover account for purchase of vehicle – Conservation, Sanitation and Zoning Department d. Revenue/Expense Report e. Finance Director’s Report 7. Employee Relations Segment a) Policy updates:  Separation of Employment b) Verda Nemo request to allow her final step increase to be effective April 1, 2017 rather than July 1, 2017.  Fiscal impact: $358 without state reimbursement, $121.72 with state reimbursement. c) Health Department request to replace an LTE 16 hour per week Home Health Nurse position with a permanent full time Home Health Nurse position. The location will be the Orchard Manor In-service room. e) Personnel Director’s /LEAN Report 8. Closed session per state statute 19.85 (1) (c) considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility as it relates to the performance evaluation of the Personnel Director 9. Return to open session 10. Adjournment
