Call to order 2. Certification of compliance with open meeting law 3. Approval of agenda 4. Approval of minutes of: a. July 10, 2017 b. July 24, 2017 5. Finance Segment a. Treasurer’s Report – Carrie Eastlick b. December 31, 2015 Audit Report – Johnson Block & Co., Inc. c. Child Support request to use State e-filing funding of $5,595 to purchase printers, toner, and paper d. Conservation, Sanitation and Zoning request for $21,000 from the General Fund for zoning permit for Jail/SO/EM/SS/ADRC facility e. 2018 Public Property and IT Requests from Departments governed by Executive Committee:  Child Support  Clerk of Courts  County Clerk  County Treasurer  District Attorney  Finance  Personnel  Register in Probate  Register of Deeds f. Update on building project financing g. Revenue/Expense Report h. Finance Director’s Report 6. Employee Relations Segment a) Staffing Report b) Request to move oversight of GIS, Real Property, associated staff budget, and the Land Info budget to the Treasurer Department Fiscal Impact: budget neutral c) Request to move oversight, complete budget, and location of the shared Office Assistant II position (IT/Treasurer) to the Treasurer Department Fiscal Impact: budget neutral d) Social Services request to start a certified Social Worker position at the 1 year rate of $22.91 instead of the start rate at $21.25 e) County Facilities Manager position update f) Compensation study update g) Personnel Director’s /LEAN Report 7. Closed Session per state statute 19.85(1)(e) deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session as it relates to WPPA contract negotiations 8.
