EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE
August 15, 2017
The Executive Committee of the Grant County Board of Supervisors held a special meeting on
Tuesday, August 15, 2017 at 9:30 a.m. in room 264 of the Administration Building, Lancaster,
WI.
The meeting was called to order by Chair John Patcle. Other members present were Robert
Keeney, Mike Lieurance, Gary Ranum, Donald Splinter, and Mark Stead. John Beinborn asked
to be excused. Therefore a quorum was present. Nancy Scott was also in attendance.
The agenda was posted in the Administration Building, Courthouse, and on the Grant County
website.
Motion by Donald Splinter, seconded by Mark Stead, to approve the agenda as posted. Motion
carried without negative vote.
Motion by Gary Ranum, seconded by Donald Splinter to recommend approval of the Resolution
Awarding the Sale of a $15,000,000 Bond Anticipation Note. Motion carried without negative
vote.
Nancy Scott updated the Committee on the timetable for the second phase of the financing.
Mark Stead, seconded by Robert Keeney, moved to adjourn to September 12, 2017 at 9:00 a.m.
Motion carried without negative vote.
