EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE
February 20, 2018
The Executive Committee of the Grant County Board of Supervisors met on Tuesday,
February 20, 2018 at 9:15 a.m. in room 266 of the Administration Building, Lancaster, WI.
The meeting was called to order by Chair John Patcle. Other members present were John
Beinborn, Robert Keeney, Gary Ranum, Mark Stead, and Donald Splinter. Mike Lieurance was
excused. Therefore a quorum was present. Also in attendance were Joyce Roling, Carol Beals,
and Dwight Nelson.
Notice of the meeting was sent to the media and the agenda was posted in the Administration
Building, Courthouse, and on the Grant County website.
Motion by Donald Splinter, seconded by Gary Ranum, to approve the agenda as posted. Motion
carried without negative vote.
Motion by Gary Ranum, seconded by Mark Stead, to approve the request to hire an LTE IT
Technician less than 30 hours per week from March through December 2018, with a fiscal
impact of $19,532 to be absorbed by the IT existing budget. Motion carried with one negative
vote.
Mark Stead, seconded by John Beinborn, move to adjourn. Motion carried without negative
vote.
