EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE AGENDA
The Executive Committee of the Grant County Board of Supervisors will meet Tuesday,
March 10, 2020, 8:30 a.m. in room 266 in the Grant County Administration Building,
Lancaster, Wisconsin.
Consideration will be given and/or action taken on any or all of the following items:

9) Closed session per state statute:
a) 19.85 (1) (c) considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance
evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has
jurisdiction or exercises responsibility as it relates to the performance evaluation
of the Personnel Director.
and
b) 19.85(1)(e) deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the
investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever
competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session as it relates to WPPA
contract negotiations.
