The Executive Committee of the Grant County Board of Supervisors will meet Tuesday,
April 21, 2020, at 12:00 p.m. via virtual Zoom meeting.

Consideration will be given and/or action taken on any or all of the following items:
1. Call to order
2. Certification of compliance with open meeting law
3. Approval of agenda
4. Closed session per state statute 19.85 (1)(c) considering employment, promotion,
compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the
governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility as it relates to the Finance
Director recruitment and selection.
***Please note that the closed session listed in Section 9) will be on a different secured
Zoom account line. It will not be on the general Zoom account line where the remainder
of the meeting will be. You are welcome to remain on the general line during the duration
of the closed session and you will hear the meeting resume out of closed session as the
members will be rejoining the general line once the closed session is concluded.***
