The Executive Committee of the Grant County Board of Supervisors will meet
Thursday, January 9, 2020 at 1:00 p.m. in room 266 in the Grant County
Administration Building, Lancaster, Wisconsin
Consideration will be given and/or action taken on any or all of the following items:
1. Call to order
2. Certification of compliance with open meeting law
3. Approval of agenda
4. Approval of minutes of December 10, 2019

a. Treasurer’s Report – Carrie Eastlick
b. Review vouchers
c. Revenue/Expense Report
d. Finance Director’s Report
6. Technology
a. Request to amend 2020 budget to use $5,000 from general fund balance for
Microsoft Licensing
b. Request to amend 2020 budget to use $9,000 from general fund balance for
CSB UPS support contract
c. Request for Grant County IT Director to join the Wisconsin Cyber Response
Team
d. Information Technology Director’s Report
7. Employee Relations
a. Staffing Update
b. Social Services request to start Lead Social Worker at step 3 of the wage
schedule (promoted within)
o Fiscal impact: $1,383
c. Social Services request to start Social Services Worker at step 2 of the wage
schedule instead of min (employee is currently in a contracted position)
o Fiscal impact: $1,181
d. Orchard Manor request to approve classification recommendation for Therapy
Department Manager
e. 2020 evaluation process
f. Personnel Director’s Report
8. Closed session per state statute 19.85(1)(e) deliberating or negotiating the purchase
of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified
public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed
session as it relates to WPPA contract negotiations.
