AMENDED EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE AGENDA
The Executive Committee of the Grant County Board of Supervisors will meet Tuesday,
January 21, 2020 at 9:00 a.m. in room 266 in the Grant County Administration Building, Lancaster,
Wisconsin
Consideration will be given and/or action taken on any or all of the following items:
1. Call to order
2. Certification of compliance with open meeting law
3. Approval of agenda
4. Request for a credit card with a $2,000 limit for Facilities and Maintenance Manager
5. ADRC request to approve workplace restructure to create a full time ADRC Supervisor position and
redistribute job duties of Admin Assistant II and Aging Program Coordinator which will reflect 1240
hours in Aging Program Coordinator position and 840 hours in Administrative Assistant II position.
Fiscal Impact: $6494
6. Highway request to start Accounting Assistant position at a step 2 of the wage schedule
7. Closed session per state statute 19.85(1)(e) deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of
public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business,
whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session as it relates to WPPA
contract negotiations.
8. Return to Open Session
9. Adjournment
