EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE
March 17, 2020
The Executive Committee of the Grant County Board of Supervisors had a special meeting on Tuesday,
March 17, 2020 at 9:15 a.m. in the Grant County Board Room of the Administration Building, Lancaster,
WI.
The meeting was called to order by Chair John Patcle. Other members present were Robert Keeney, Gary
Ranum, Donald Splinter, Mark Stead, Mike Lieurance, and Carol Beals. Therefore a quorum was
present. Also in attendance were Carrie Eastlick, Shane Drinkwater, Joyce Roling, Garry Pluemer, Jeff
Kindrai, Carrie Kerstiens, Linda Gebhard, Lori Reid, Judge Craig Day, Dwight Nelson, and David
Timmerman.
Notice of the meeting was sent to the media and was posted in the Administration Building, Courthouse,
and on the Grant County website.
Gary Ranum, seconded by Mike Lieurance, moved to approve the agenda as posted. Motion carried
without negative vote.
Mark Stead, seconded by Carol Beals, moved to accept the resignation of the Finance Director / County
Auditor position and approve to fill the position. Motion carried without negative vote.
Don Splinter, seconded by Mark Stead, moved to approve the ADRC request to fill the I & A specialist
position. Motion carried without negative vote.
Carol Beals, seconded by Gary Ranum, moved to recommend to the County Board approval of the
Resolution Providing County Board Chair Emergency Administrative Flexibility for COVID-19. Motion
carried without negative vote.
Robert Keeney, seconded by Mark Stead, moved to adjourn to 8:30 a.m. on April 14, 2020. Motion
carried without negative vote.
