EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE
August 18, 2020
The Executive Committee of the Grant County Board of Supervisors met on Tuesday,
August 18, 2020 at 9:00 a.m. in the South Room of the Youth & Agriculture Center and via
Zoom Meeting.
The meeting was called to order by Chair, Gary Ranum. Other members present were Mark
Stead, John Patcle, Robert Keeney, Donald Splinter, and Dwight Nelson. Mike Lieurance was
absent. Therefore a quorum was present. Shane Drinkwater, Joyce Roling, Amanda Degenhardt,
Jeff Kindrai, Garry Pluemer, Dave Lambert, Carol Beals, and Jack Johnson were also in
attendance.
Notice of the meeting was posted in the Administration Building, Courthouse, and on the Grant
County website.
Don Splinter, seconded by John Patcle, moved to approve the agenda as posted. Motion carried
without negative vote.
Mark Stead, seconded by Don Splinter, moved to approve the Health Department Request for
LTE COVID-19 Contact Tracer position at $25.32 per hour contingent on COVID-19 funding
through December 31, 2020. Motion carried without negative vote.
Mark Stead, seconded by Dwight Nelson, moved to approve the Health Department request to
hire an LTE Office Assistant at the general schedule start rate (currently $14.66) through
December 31, 2020. Motion carried without negative vote.
Mark Stead, seconded by Robert Keeney, moved to adjourn. Motion carried without negative
vote.
