Employee Relations a) Staffing Update b) Sheriff’s request to start C. Reukauf at step 5 instead of step 3 of the wage schedule for Captain effective Feb 11, 2022 c) Sheriff’s request to start T. Klaas at step 5 instead of step 3 of the wage schedule for Chief Deputy effective Feb 11, 2022 d) Heath Department request to create and hire an LTE Certified Medical Assistant at $17.62 per hour e) Orchard Manor request to increase sign on bonus from $4000 to $5000. 12. Closed session per state statute19.85(1)(e) deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session as it relates to WPPA contract negotiations. 13.
