b. Fair Board request to pay out overtime instead of comp time to Fair staff during
Fair time. Fiscal impact: $3745 to be paid out of current budget.
c. Health Department request to approve step increases for remaining PH Nurses
and Nursing Compliance and Quality Coordinator. Fiscal Impact: Remainder of
2022: $4286.85, and 2023: $11,297.73 to be absorbed out of Public Health
Budget

9. Closed session per state statute 19.85(1)(e) deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public
properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever

negotiations.
