COUNTY BOARD SPECIAL MEETING AGENDA
The Grant County Board of Supervisors will meet at 6:00 p.m., Monday, April 23, 2012, in Room 264
second floor of the Administration Building, Lancaster, WI, pursuant to the adjournment of the April 17, 2012,
meeting.
Consideration will be given and/or action taken on any or all of the following items:
1. Call to Order
2. Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag
3. Open Meeting Law Certification
4. Roll Call
5. Approval of Agenda
6. Communications
7. Discussion and possible action regarding amendment to Rules of Grant County
Board of Supervisors which would reduce the number of members of the
Ag/Extension-Education Committee/Fair Board to five members instead of six
members.
8. Approval of Appointed Members to Committees
9. Recess for all Committees to meet and Elect Committee Officers
10. Reconvene to full County Board
11. Adjournment
