Grant County Board of Supervisors
April 16, 2014
The Grant County Board of Supervisors met on Wednesday, April 16, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. in Room 264 on
second floor of the Administration Building, Lancaster, WI pursuant to the adjournment of the April 15,
2014 meeting.
Chair Robert Keeney called the meeting to order and the Pledge of Allegiance was recited.
Verification of compliance with the open meeting law were two public postings stating the date, time
and place of the County Board Meeting and published on the county website verified by Linda K.
Gebhard, County Clerk.

The Clerk took the roll call resulting in 16 present with Carol Beals asking to be excused. Therefore a
quorum was present.
Agenda: Patrick Schroeder, seconded by Lester Jantzen, made a motion to approve the agenda. Motion
carried.
Approval of the Committee Assignments: The draft list of committee assignments were distributed to
the board members for their review. Robert Keeney, Chair stated that all board members had from 5 to
6 committees to serve on. John Beinborn stated that for future reference he would not mind having
more than five committees to serve on.
Patrick Schroeder, seconded by Grant Loy, made a motion to approve the committee assignments for
the term of April 15, 2014 to April 2016. Motion carried.
Adjournment: Dwight Nelson, seconded by Mark Stead made a motion to adjourn the meeting pursuant
to the next County Board meeting held on May 20, 2014 at 6:00 p.m.
