AMENDED COUNTY BOARD AGENDA
The Grant County Board of Supervisors will meet at 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, September 21, 2021 in the
County Board Meeting Room 264 in the Administration Building, 111 S. Jefferson Street, Lancaster, WI
53813.
Live participation in this meeting will be limited to Grant County Board Supervisors, County Clerk,
Corporation Counsel, and other invited Grant County Staff. Social distancing and other safety
precautions associated with COVID-19 protocol will be followed. The Grant County Board of Supervisors
understand that the actions being taken to diminish the spread and effects of COVID are sensitive and
have become personal in nature. Please respect the views of others during the discussions on the
subject and act in a professional manner as we debate matters brought before us.
1. Due to the possibility of inappropriate comments, the Grant County Board of Supervisors will
follow the normal practice which does not include public comments as part of the agenda.
2. All comment and participation will be held to germane discussion to the agenda item on the
floor during the meeting. Any interruption or deviation of discussion will not be tolerated.
Violators may be removed for remainder of the meeting.
To avoid interruption during the meeting all Zoom participants will be muted and the chat function will
be disabled. Upon reaching the agenda item 15.D all Zoom participants will be placed in a waiting room
so that the Board may have a private conversation with those invited into the discussion.
