BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT MEETING
NOTICE IS HERE BY GIVEN that the Grant County Board of Adjustment will meet in the
Conservation, Sanitation & Zoning Conference room, 150 W Alona Ln. Suite #1, Lancaster, WI, on
Thursday September 25th, 2014, at 8:00 a.m. There may be site inspections prior to the public hearing
with the time and location to be announced at the hearing; decisions shall b e rendered after public
hearing.

Public Hearing for Eric & Linda Van Natta:
BOA #14-003: Appeal of Eric & Linda Van Natta for variances from the provisions
of the Grant County Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance to allow for two preexisting
houses to be split into two parcels with the setback of the property lines being too
close. This property is a 1ac. parcel located in Sec. 14 T4N R2W of Lots 1 & 2 of
CSM 1644 in the SW corner of NW ¼ of NW ¼ in Ellenboro Township.
Site Inspection: Visit sites at addresses listed below
Public Hearing: Return to Conservation, Sanitation & Zoning Dept.
BOA #14-004: Appeal of Willie Driscoll for variances from the provisions of the
Grant County Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance, to allow for deviation from the
70’ setback from a town road. Located in T5N, R2W in the SE1/4 of the NE ¼ of
Section 26, in Liberty Township
BOA #14-005: Appeal of Truss Property Management, Kendall Cummins for a
variance from the provisions of the Grant County Comprehensive Zoning
Ordinance, to allow a deviation from the 1000’ setback from an existing sign. This
is a .96 ac parcel in T3N, R1W, in the NW ¼ of the NE ¼ in section 29, in
Platteville Township
