BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT MEETING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Grant County Board of Adjustment will meet in the
Conservation, Sanitation & Zoning Dept. Conference room, 150 W Alona Ln. Suite #1, Lancaster WI,
on Thursday January 14th, 2016 at 8:00 am on the following appeal. There may be site inspections
prior to the public hearing with the time and location to be announced at the hearing; decisions shall be
rendered after public hearing on the following.

Public Hearing:
BOA #15-006: Appeal of Josef Ballagh, PIN 026-00822-0000, & 026-00834-0000, for
variance from the provisions of the Grant County Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance 3.23 (2)
Minimum Highway Setback: 150 feet. This property is located at 1264 Sandy Lane, T1N,
R2W, Section 21 in Jamestown Township.
