BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT MEETING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Grant County Board of Adjustment will meet in the
Conservation, Sanitation & Zoning Dept. Conference room, 150 W Alona Ln. Suite #1, Lancaster WI,
on Thursday November 17th, 2016 at 9:00 am on the following appeal. There may be site inspections
prior to the public hearing with the time and location to be announced at the hearing; decisions shall be
rendered after public hearing on the following.

Public Hearing:
BOA #16-02: Appeal of City of Fennimore – Waste Treatment Plant, PIN 016-00700-0000, for
a variance from the provisions of the Grant County Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance 3.23 (2)
Minimum Highway Setback: 70 feet from Right of Way. This property is located at 12640 Hwy
61, T6N, R2W, Section 30 in Fennimore Township.
BOA #16-03: Appeal of City of Fennimore – Waste Treatment Plant, PIN 016-00700-0000, for
a special exemption from the provisions of the Grant County Shoreland Zoning Ordinance 3.16
(E) (1) Minimum Structure Setback: 75 feet from the ordinary high-water mark of navigable
waters. This property is located at 12640 Hwy 61, T6N, R2W, Section 30 in Fennimore
Township.
