BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT MEETING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Grant County Board of Adjustment will meet in the
Conservation, Sanitation & Zoning Dept. Conference room, 150 W Alona Ln. Suite #1, Lancaster WI,
on Thursday July 12th, 2018 at 8:00 a.m. on the following appeal, additional information can be
obtained at our office located at 150 W Alona Ln. Suite #1, Lancaster, WI. We will be meeting at the
property listed below for a site inspection prior to the public hearing; decisions shall be rendered after
public hearing on the following.
IMPORTANT: If you plan on meeting the Board of Adjustment at the on-site property visit,
please call our office at 608-723-6377 ext. 4 and inform staff of your plans.

variance from the provisions of the Grant County Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance 3.04 (22)
General Setbacks and Dimensional Requirements: proposing a nonmetallic mine operation 180’
into the 200’ Commercial District setback. This is for +/- 11.53 ac in the SE ¼ of the SE ¼ of
Section 34, T8N, R3W, in Boscobel Township
