THE GRANT COUNTY CONSERVATION, SANITATION AND ZONING COMMITTEE will call the meeting to
order on Tuesday, April 3, 2018 at 9:00 a.m. in the Grant County Board Rm., 264 in the Administration Building, 111 S.
Jefferson St., Lancaster WI. 53813. Please contact our office at 608-723-6377 ext. 4 with any questions. Consideration will
be given and/or action taken on any or all of the following agenda items:

Zoning Ordinance.
#CUP 18-008 Aloha Community Platteville LLC, Lima Twp., +/-4.08 ac. PIN: 030-00747-0000 to allow for
the use of a single family dwelling in Agricultural-1 (A-1) zoning under Chapter 3.06 (2) (b) of the
Grant County Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance.
